 What is Iai?
Iai begins and ends with etiquette. It is a traditional Japanese martial art that strengthens both mind and body.
Through iaidō, you can cultivate manners, patience, mental strength, and concentration while improving physical fitness, relieving stress, and promoting overall health.
Why not try out iaidō and its benefits?
